Ai Chi Basic with Watsu India Team
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
Ai Chi is a total body relaxation and strengthening progression used for aquatic therapy. This aquatic technique is characterised by slow movement coordinated with deep breathing.
Ai Chi consists of 19 movements or katas, performed while breathing at a rate of about 14-16 breaths per minute. The first six arm movements are based on Qi Gong, with a relatively static and symmetrical body posture. The subsequent movements are based on Tai Chi, with continuous shifting of the center of gravity.
The progression moves through a series of “regulatory conditions” of increasing difficulty, from static to dynamic, symmetrical to rotatory and asymmetrical movement, and visual to non-visual (vestibular) control.

Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ Module 1 with Elisa Muñoz Blanco
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ was developed in 2010 by Elisa Muñoz Blanco, after years of study, research, and clinical practice. Originally described as a powerful yet subtle technique to balance the Craniosacral Rhythm (CSR) and release restrictions in the connective tissue, it leverages the unique properties of the aquatic environment to support healing.
Over time, it became clear that this work is more than a method — it’s a concept. It offers a flexible, client-centered approach for therapists, students, and practitioners seeking a deeply intuitive and responsive healing framework.
This approach blends elements of WATSU®, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Manual Therapy, and Myofascial Induction Therapy® (MIT®). The goal is to:
• Enhance neuroception and interoception.
• Restore healthy craniosacral function.
• Release connective tissue restrictions.
• Re-establish the body’s hydrodynamic balance.
Through gentle, intentional touch and fluid movement, both client and therapist embark on a shared journey. Together, they follow the body’s natural rhythms and spontaneous responses in an atmosphere of deep listening and presence.
Key Principles:
• Support subtle physiological rhythms.
• Respect physical limits and spontaneous movements.
• Maintain a state of “being with” the patient, rather than “doing to”.
• Offer an environment for surrender, safety, and trust.
The aquatic setting provides constant support, elongation, and alignment, allowing for deeper, three-dimensional tissue releases that are often unattainable on land.
Course Overview: Module 1 (50 Hours)
This is the first module of the full 200-hour Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ Certification Program, which consists of three modules plus a clinical case study.
In Module 1, you will:
• Learn the fundamentals of the Craniosacral and Fascial systems.
• Develop skills in conscious touch, listening, and assessment.
• Identify and work with the subtle Craniosacral Rhythm.
• Gain techniques to release restrictions in key body areas.
You will also learn tools that can be immediately applied in your therapeutic practice.
Prerequisites: open to health care professionals, health care students, or students enrolled in aquatic therapy training programs.
Credits: Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by Elisa Muñoz Blanco, Director of the Watsupath™ Training Institute.
This course offers 50 hours of credits towards the Professional Training in Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ and elective credits for WATSU® under WABA and Watsu India.
Timings: 8.45 am – 6.30 pm
Price: ₹ 36,500 (lunch included)

Watsu® & Meditation with Watsu India Team
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
Meditation is an important tool for listening, accepting and knowing ourselves, as well as becoming more intuitive towards others.
In our understanding, the purpose of meditation is to cultivate presence and peace of mind, enabling us to connect with our unique essence and the world around us.
Through exercises on land and in water, we will cultivate awareness of the present moment, aiming to enhance the innate quality of presence within each of us.
Once we connect with this presence, we will explore ways to deepen and expand it, allowing us to welcome the presence of others in a harmonious and respectful manner.
Prerequisites: Watsu Basic.
Credits: Watsu and Meditation is recognized by WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) as part of the Watsu training program and gives 15 hours of credit for registration with WABA and Watsu India.
Timings: 8.45 am – 6.00 pm

March 12 - 17, 2026
Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ Module 2 with Elisa Muñoz Blanco
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ (CST in Water™) is an innovative therapeutic approach designed to balance the craniosacral rhythm and release connective tissue restrictions through the thermal and mechanical properties of water.
Developed by Elisa Muñoz Blanco, CST in Water™ merges the principles of WATSU® and Craniosacral Therapy — both rooted in deep listening, respect for the body’s limits, and fostering healing through presence rather than force.
In this supportive aquatic environment, patients naturally express changes in tissue mobility. As restrictions dissolve, their tissues regain elasticity and realign toward functional balance. The therapist’s role is to sensitively follow and support these shifts and create a safe space for healing.
Course Focus: Module 2 (50 Hours)
In this module, you will explore the body as an integrated whole —merging anatomy, physiology, and subtle energetic awareness. You’ll refine your therapeutic presence, develop advanced hands-on techniques, and learn to navigate the body’s inherent treatment plan with greater ease and precision.
This advanced training offers a deep dive into conscious touch, non-verbal communication, and somato-emotional processes. Through practice and observation, you’ll discover how to co-create an effective path back to health with your clients — an approach that reflects the future of integrative, body-centered therapies.
By the end of this module, you will:
• Integrate Sutherland’s technique for identifying cranial lesions within the CST protocol.
• Enhance your ability to perform whole-body assessments of physiological responses.
• Learn to assess and treat cranial base dysfunctions.
• Apply principles of SomatoEmotional Release® to facilitate emotional healing alongside physical release.
• Deepen your listening, presence, and therapeutic intuition.
• Participate in hands-on sessions and observe skilled demonstrations.
Prerequisites: CST in Water™ Module 1.

Watsu® Basic with Roberto
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
A 2-day course on the surface only.
Watsu is an aquatic bodywork modality given in a warm water pool (ideally 35°C).
Watsu, where the client’s face stays always on the surface, introduces the qualities and body mechanics required to work with someone in water in order to create a profound state of both physical and mental relaxation. The flowing interaction with water, its fluid support and warm embrace, and the practitioner’s presence provide a space for the client to experience the multi-layered benefits of this powerful and softening bodywork.
Watsu offers an opportunity for profound relaxation and letting go, for building trust, for being nurtured and held, for expanding inner and outer boundaries, for releasing emotions and traumas – ultimately, for freeing body and mind in a flow unique to each client and to each session.
In this course, you will practice basic techniques and qualities (grounding, presence, stillness, movement, attention) of being and moving another body in water. You will experience floating other people and being floated on the surface, thereby creating space for deep relaxation and nurturing body, mind and spirit.
Participants in this course often appreciate the group space, which fosters deep, meaningful and nurturing connections.

Amnion® 1 with Mary & Wendy
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
A 6-day intro into working with embryological patterns and attachment imprints.
Being in a warm pool seems to spontaneously evoke many prenatal and preverbal gestures that emerged inside the protective matrix of the amnion (a membrane that closely covers the embryo when it’s first formed).
In order to set the intention for calm and grounded contact, this course starts with a brief exploration of cranial sacral therapy principles. The training includes both land-based components as well as explorations in water, incorporating experiential exercises, informative lectures, engaging videos, and sacred creative expressions.
This is a time to let go of whatever aquatic techniques you have learned and be prepared to unfold, unmask, and delve into your own deeply rooted imprints.
Prerequisites: Watsu Basic or an intro to Cranial Sacral therapy.
Credits: Amnion 1 is recognized by WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) and gives 50 hours of credit for registration with WABA and Watsu India.

Woga is a combination of two words: water and yoga. It is based on classic yoga poses and stretches, modified for standing in water that is waist-to-chest height. Woga focuses on Hatha Yoga in water, including asanas performed in standing position, against the wall, in floating position, and under water. The course also includes pranayama and meditation.
Classes follow a structure similar to land-based yoga: breathing exercises, warm-ups, a series of poses, and a relaxation period. The key difference is that you are in a warm water pool! Swimming skills are not required. By reducing the effects of gravity, water allows ease of movements, unblocks joints, lengthens and relaxes muscles, alleviates negative tensions, and prevents stress, insomnia and anxiety.
Prerequisites: No previous experience required (also no need to know how to swim).
Credits: Woga 1&2 (Yoga in Water) gives 12 supplementary hours of credit for registration as international Watsu practitioner within the Watsu India learning program.
Timings: 8.45 am – 6.00 pm
Price: ₹ 8,750 (lunch included)

WaterDance Fundamental with Roberto
At Quiet Healing Center, Auroville, India
In this course, we will focus on three fundamental aspects of WaterDance: vertical grounding, posture of both giver and receiver, and the breath.
The key movement is Water Breath Dance, in which you will float someone in your arms allowing them to gently sink as they exhale and rising with them as you both inhale. This creates a profound connection that carries through all other surface and underwater movements.
Throughout the course, you will also learn in a playful and yet attentive way how to bring your partner under water (with a nose clip). Sufficient time will also be given for integrating fears or apprehensions to go under water.
In addition, you will learn and practice the basic WaterDance movements, which form the essential core of this powerful aquatic-bodywork modality.
On land, various tools such as guided meditations, body & energy work, active breathing exercises, and practising effective communication skills will offer opportunities for connecting deeper with yourself and others.
Prerequisites: No previous experience required.
